SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
- Standard products: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days
- Print-on-demand items: Orders are processed within 3-7 business days as these items are custom-made for you
- Digital products: Delivered instantly via email after purchase confirmation

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed, shipping times vary based on your location:

Domestic (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (where available)

International:
- International Standard: 10-20 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local carrier efficiency

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

Multiple Fulfillment Locations
Please note that different products may ship from different fulfillment centers. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

International Orders
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
- International orders may require additional documentation or information

Delivery Delays
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Events outside our control

Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
